About the Role:
As an Inbound Retail Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Clients with Enthusiasm: You'll play a vital role in representing our clients' brands and ensuring their goals are met through various campaigns.
- Manage Inbound Campaigns: Oversee and manage inbound campaigns from start to finish, ensuring each is executed flawlessly while maintaining a high standard of customer engagement.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Interact directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our client’s objectives.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed set targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
