We are looking for one or two enthusiastic people to join our team here at Equinox on a part-time basis, one to three days/week. Weekend days are very much included, this is not a Monday-Friday gig. This would be ideal for someone studying and looking for a weekend job or looking to pick up extra shifts.
The ideal candidates will be willing to work within our close-knit team in what can be a very busy and sometimes physically demanding environment as the shop is set over several floors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, solid numeracy skills, friendly demeanor and experience in operating till systems in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with colleagues producing attractive displays
