Our stunning beachfront venue, The Waterside Hotel, West Kilbride is expanding, with the addition of a luxury Spa facility, 17 deluxe new bedrooms, plus an overall venue refurbishment. The Role:
· Deliver great customer service
· Work in a clean and neat environment while ensuring the guest are the number one focus
· Advise guests of products, great upselling skills
· Be committed, enthusiastic & eager to learn at all times – busy periods.
· Be organised and ready to go at all times.
· Have good attention to detail
