Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to assist in the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This role requires a hands-on approach, in both the front and back of house, fostering a positive team environment, and driving operational excellence.
Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
- Implement effective team strategies to enhance productivity and morale.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
- Handle customer inquiries, and feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in a restaurant supervisor role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
