Hours: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Expected hours between 20-40 hours per week
Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour, depending on age
Join the team at Tregoad, one of Waterside’s 5-star holiday parks, as a Bar/Restaurant Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
What You’ll Do:
As a Bar/Restaurant Team Leader, your duties will include:
- Supporting the Retail Manager in the day-to-day operations of the venue.
- Running the venue in the absence of the Retail Manager or Assistant Retail Manager.
- Assisting with the training and development of team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Leading by example to uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
- Cashing up and managing stock ordering as required.
- Assisting other venues and the Duty Manager when necessary.
