Residential Valuation Surveyor – Remote
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance
Location: Remote (with a strong focus on Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham)
We are seeking an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You’ll carry out RICS Red Book residential property valuations, conduct site visits, and produce accurate reports for clients and lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake residential property inspections and valuations
- Work is allocated as close to your residential address as possible
- Prepare detailed, compliant valuation reports
- Maintain strong knowledge of local housing markets and comparable sales data
- Manage your diary to meet client deadlines
Requirements:
- MRICS or AssocRICS with current RICS membership
- Proven residential valuation experience in the North and Midlands
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- UK driving licence and willingness to travel for inspections
