Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in providing care and support ro young people. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and preferably within a residential setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support Young people to appointments, activities, or outings as required
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals involved in the care process
- Provide childcare and support to children when necessary
- Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting purposes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- Ability to drive with a valid UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals and their families
- Proficiency in using IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
Level 3 in residential care desirable
