We are seeking passionate and dedicated staff to join our team at our residential children's home in Ipswich.
CF Children’s Homes provide residential services in our Ipswich home for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, in a therapeutic homely environment.
Our fundamental aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for the young people in our care, where they can thrive and reach their full potential. We are committed to developing their physical, emotional, and social skills, and to helping them build the confidence they need to succeed in the future.
The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to the well-being and happiness of the young people in their care and will be able to provide them with the support and guidance they need to thrive. Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural or emotional difficulties, is preferred. A Level 3 qualification is also desirable but candidates with less experience and qualifications are also welcome to apply.
