Reservations & Sales Administrator - Full Time

Currently, in a stage of fantastic growth, we are looking to expand our Sales team with enthusiastic individuals who have excellent Sales and Customer Service Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers in a professional manner
- Assist customers with enquiries regarding the products and services we offer
- Reaching out B2B to Event’s Companies etc.
- Sales Order Processing on our internal RMS System.
- Sending Quotes to pre-existing leads via our internal CRM System.
- Sales Calls Inbound and Outbound
- Managing all email correspondence in an efficient manner
- Accurately describe our product features and benefits to increase your personal sales revenue
