As a Researcher in Gen-AI and Data Optimization, you will be actively involved in a cutting-edge research project focused on applying distillation and other similar techniques in the realm of AI and MLOps. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our understanding of model optimization, efficiency, and deployment in real-world scenarios offering Green-AI solutions.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Conducting research on AI and Data Optimization using techniques such as model distillation and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative solutions in MLOps.
- Developing and optimizing algorithms for model compression and efficiency improvement.
- Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, MLOps, and related technologies.
- Contributing to academic publications, conferences and the related project deliverables.
- Collaborating with project partners on practical applications of research participating in online and face to face meetings in Europe.
The Person
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Masters or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Strong background in AI, with expertise in model distillation and optimization techniques
- Proficiency in Python and related AI tools and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with MLOps practices and tools.
- Excellent academic writing skills demonstrated through publications in reputable conferences/journals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead research initiatives.
The Faculty
