North London based construction company seeks a full time Administrator to undertake various administrative tasks to support our main core repairs and void business, ensuring the smooth running and organisation of contracts and projects.
The key responsibilities would consist of the following:
- Maintaining and operating the companies CRM system easybop and the client system Oneserve.
- Processing works orders and issuing to the respective teams.
- Preparing formatted documents to enable the inputting of SOR codes to present to the client for payment.
- Provide accurate office administration to assist the team as and when called on , including handling incoming calls in an efficient manner, deal with incoming and outgoing mails and emails, photocopying, and filing, etc.
Person Specification
- Must have at least 8 years’ experience working within the construction / building maintenance industry within a local authority or social housing provider carrying out administration.
- Can communicate effectively and sensitively with different people, including a good standard of written English language
- Demonstrate strong administrative skills, able to record information and report accurately.
- Able to work using own initiative, plan and prioritise workload and work under strict timelines, with flexible attitude
- Computer literate with a good standard of MS Office skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).
Working hours 8 – 5 with 28 days paid annual leave inclusive of bank holidays,
