A housing association is currently looking for a number of Repairs Adminstrators on a temporary basis for about 2 months.
Key responsibilities are as follows
Deliver a day-to-day repair service to the residents
Focused on progressing repairs through the repairs platform.
Providing advice and assistance on a range of repair-related enquiries, diagnosing repairs, making value for money assessments
Verifying completion and paying invoices
First point of contact for field staff and third-party contractors.
Search data looking for identifying markers and be able to flag
PAYE £14.48 Umbrella £19.15 100% office based work
Essential requirements
Ideally looking for someone who has a housing background who has worked within repairs but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail, strong administrative skills and excellent written communication
Must be immediately available or on short notice.
