Job Description:
We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Removal Operative and Driver to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of residential and commercial removals, including loading and unloading goods, driving to various locations, and ensuring the safe transport of items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items
- Drive company vehicles (3.5t vans or similar) to and from job sites
- Pack and wrap items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Carry out removals efficiently and in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and care of company vehicles and equipment
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous experience in removals or manual labour preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
