We’re recruiting an inventory clerk to service our existing clients in the MK postcodes and surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity would suit a highly motivated person with a keen eye for detail and good administration, communication, organisation and time management skills.
Using a tablet or phone and our own market leading software, you will carry out inspections for private landlords and lettings agents. Duties will include travelling between properties, collecting and returning keys and thoroughly recording the property condition and contents. We pride ourselves on our super proactive approach to supporting our clients and the right candidate will also share this work ethic.
We're ideally looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
Role Requirements
- Passion for property
- Excellent attention to detail
- Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 1 year & own mode of transport
- Preferably live in the MK area
- Highly motivated
- Well organised
- Track record of working to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Literate with good spoken and written English

Pay: £25,400.00-£30,000.00 per year
