A specialist domestic abuse service provider is seeking a professional cleaner with integrity and attention to detail to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our 15-bedroom women's refuge.
The role requires working across three sites; therefore, access to a car with business insurance is essential.
General cleaning duties will be carried out in our refuge, dispersed unit, and office setting, to include the cleaning of communal areas, offices, bathrooms, residents bedrooms, kitchen duties, and laundry support.
Accountable to: Manager
Hours of work: Start time between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM
Finish time between 12:30 PM and 1:00 PM
Working days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Closing Date: 4:00 pm Tuesday 1st July 2025
Requirements
. Access to a vehicle with Business Insurance
· This post is subject to an enhanced (D.B.S) check
· Proven experience as a cleaner
· Advance knowledge of cleaning products, implements and practices
· Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
· Customer-oriented and friendly
· Willingness to maintain confidentiality
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.30 per hour
