Could you be our next Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator in Wrexham?
We are looking to recruit an ambitious Resourcer/Administrator to join our National Recruitment Centre based in Wrexham. You might be an established Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator looking for a new opportunity with a new business. You might be an Administrator that is looking to diversify your skills into a recruitment role. What gap personnel will provide you with is all the tools to be successful.
As Resourcer/Administrator, you will be supporting our onsite and branch networks, answering the phones & sourcing candidates for clients across the UK. You will provide general support via candidate sourcing, management, and registrations, whilst always upholding the company’s compliance standards. You will be managing recruitment campaigns including the social media pages whilst building strong relationships with the candidates and always maintaining the company values.
Your Responsibilities:
- Drafting adverts professionally and compliantly, placing adverts with job centres, job boards and social media.
- Approaching candidates with utmost professionalism and courtesy, excellent levels of communication maintained throughout the candidate’s recruitment journey.
- All internal standards and procedures are adhered to where the interview process and assessments are concerned.
- Demonstrating a pro-active approach to candidate marketing.
- Excellent customer service via telephone and within all e-mail’s and SMS communications.
- Liaise with the network to gain a good understanding of the client specific requirements and adhering to them.
- Pre-screening candidates, booking candidates in for interviews ensuring excellent communication throughout.
- Building strong relationships with the candidates and the wider gap network.
- Running recruitment campaigns to include CV searching and ensuring that all recruitment media available are utilised.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Support team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.
Skills required:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Good telephone manner must be comfortable and confident on the phone.
- Previous social media experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deal with high volume of calls.
- Good team player.
What’s Your Return:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
* We are open to candidates working four days a week, as long as two of those days are Monday and Friday *
- Pay: 25,400 per annum
- Contract: Temporary Ongoing (could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate)
