Your Role:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and support roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs
  • Source, screen, and schedule top talent for interview
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment ATS Systems
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding

  • Excellent communication, coordination & organisational skills
  • A passion for people and problem-solving
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a strong desire to grow
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team
