We’re Hiring: Recruitment Consultant – to specifically be able to Recruit Candidates in Domiciliary Care
Location: Tamworth
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Full-Time office based (Some regional travel will be required)
Are you a driven and people-focused recruiter with a passion for health and social care? Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant and play a key role in sourcing compassionate, high-quality carers for our domiciliary care services.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll lead the end-to-end recruitment process—finding, engaging, and hiring dedicated care professionals who make a difference in people’s lives every day. You’ll work closely with our care management team to ensure every placement supports our commitment to outstanding care at home.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Advertise roles, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
- Conduct interviews, perform compliance checks, and oversee onboarding
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified domiciliary care staff
- Ensure recruitment aligns with CQC standards and internal policies
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and care managers
- Meet targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment (health & social care preferred)
- Understanding of domiciliary/home care and CQC regulations
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own desk
- Passionate about people and committed to quality care
