The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in recruiting suitable staff members. Your key responsibilities will include:
Sourcing high-quality candidates for various healthcare positions using internal databases and online job boards.
Engaging with candidates via phone and email to assess their suitability for roles.
Interviewing candidates and negotiating job offers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Arranging interviews and ensuring smooth hiring processes.
Hitting sales targets and contributing to the company’s success.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a proven background in recruitment (experience hitting sales targets is a big plus!).
Is a confident communicator and thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys the rewards of success.
Has excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills
