Role Overview:
As a recruitment and HR assistant, you will support the full recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment journey. Assist with employee lifecycles, including recruitment, interviews, onboarding, offboarding, and inductions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the main point of contact for candidate recruitment transactions and queries across the organization.
· Ensure the recruitment process is accurate, efficient, and well-documented.
· Provide exceptional organisational and communication skills to help guide candidates through their recruitment journey.
· Act as the main point of contact for candidate recruitment transactions and queries across the UK business.
· Ensuring compliance with appropriate processes and controls - driving efficiency and corrective action as required
· Develop strategies to expand our network and source suitable candidates
· Arrange and manage interview schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of interview details.
· Track the progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure data integrity
· Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
· Ensure all necessary documentation and forms are completed by new employees
· Oversee right-to-work documents
· Monitor and review employee absences
· Support the operations manager with performance disciplinaries processes
· General HR administration
Qualification/experience
· Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator preferred
· Strong organisation skills
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to use Microsoft programs
· Excellent writing skills
· Ability to build relationships with teams, candidates, and stakeholders
