The Role

DHI are recruiting a Recovery Navigator to support clients within the South Glos area who are on one of our drug and alcohol recovery programmes. We are looking for people who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to supporting clients, helping them to make positive changes in their lives.

Based at Hawthorn House, which provides community detox and recovery programmes for up to four people, as part of SGDARS, the Recovery Navigator will guide individuals through their recovery journey, sign posting people to community detox professionals, coordinating services, and promoting self-sustained recovery. They will collaborate with individuals, to develop and implement recovery plans, linking them to resources and support systems within South Gloucestershire.

You will be joining an experienced Drug and Alcohol Community Team that works hard to support each other and to deliver an exceptional service to our clients

A Driving Licence with access to vehicle and willingness to use it for work travel is essential.
