We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist / Administrator to join our dedicated team and support the delivery of high-quality care through efficient administrative and financial operations.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver administrative and financial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Be the warm welcome all visitors receive, and residents look forward to
- Maintain and audit internal systems
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support admitting new residents, staff onboarding, and compliance
- Help safeguard the wellbeing of Park View's residents through your contributions to back-office and front-of-house excellence
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
What You Bring:
- Experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong IT, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, values-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Knowledge of social care, or experience within a care setting (desirable but not essential)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.92 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
