Contemporary Pubs Ltd is looking for an experienced Receptionist to help organise and run the day to day of the office. As a growing organisation, this role is perfect for a forward thinking individual with competent literacy and communication skills. They will need to have advanced skills in excel, word and other computer software tools that are used within any office environment. The ability to multi-task and managing administrative support is vital to the role. The right candidate will be working closely with the Office Manager in organising the hotel bookings, restaurant bookings, answering the phone and replying to emails.
The right candidate will possess the following:
- Fantastic organisational skills
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft based software in particular Excel
- Willing to work within a team
- A welcoming telephone voice
- Competent in problem solving
- Excellent grammar
Please note that the responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Normal working hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday.
