Taymouth Marina are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join our ever-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with the public.
We are an award-winning loch side spa resort with beautiful self-catering accommodation located on the banks of Loch Tay within the dramatic landscape of The Scottish Highland with some of the most beautiful views in Perthshire.
You will work with an amazing team, enjoy working outdoors and possess first rate customer service skills. We are looking for good communicators, experienced working with people, have a positive approach and a good work ethic.
The successful candidate will report to the Head Receptionist.
What will you be doing?
- Supervise accurate and efficient Reception operations including check in/out
- Support Team Members in handling Guest requests and enquiries to ensure a positive outcome
- Ensure the Operations Manager and Head Receptionist is fully aware of any relevant feedback from Guests and/or other departments
- Ensure a consistent and high level of customer service
- Where appropriate, up sell and promote resort services and facilities
- Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team with an emphasis on customer service
- Able to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
