- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Process orders and manage data entry tasks with precision.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in typing accurately and quickly.
