Due to an internal promotion and continued growth, we are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment and will require a proactive individual with excellent communication skills.

Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking detailed yet concise messages and assisting when appropriate
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Fast and accurate audio typing, accurate production of correspondence and documents using digital dictation.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post duties.
- Managing stationery inventory and processing stationery orders.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents. .
- Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Support the administrative team with various tasks as needed, contributing to overall office efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Previous experience in an secretarial or receptionist role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail in data entry and clerical tasks to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
