Reception & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Ozone Ice Rink - Bracknell, Berkshire.

Are you friendly, well-organised, and ready to be the welcoming face of a busy and growing ice rink? We’re looking for a reliable and personable Reception & Administrative Assistant to join our team.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing excellent service while supporting the smooth running of the rink. This varied role includes:
- Handling telephone and email enquiries
- Checking in customers and assisting at reception
- Supporting with admin tasks, stock control and orders
- Light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
- Assisting with seasonal promotions and advertising
- Adapting to busy and quiet periods effectively
- Rate of pay – Dependent on age/experience
What We’re Looking For
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong organisation and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail, especially with data entry
- Confidence using booking systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Smart appearance and trustworthy manner
- Experience in a similar role is ideal, but full training is provided
Working Hours
- Part-time: Monday to Friday, 2:30pm – 8:00pm (includes a 30-minute unpaid break)
- Holiday cover: 9:00am – 2:30pm, as needed
