Front of House – Dental Receptionist

No.22 is West Kirby’s new home for aesthetic and implant dentistry — a beautifully restored space offering clinical excellence in a calm, welcoming environment. We’re looking for a friendly, organised and confident Front of House team member to be the first and last smile our patients see.
What the role involves:
- Welcoming patients into a calm and luxurious setting
- Booking appointments with clarity and care
- Managing patient communication with warmth and professionalism (in person, by phone and online)
- Supporting the clinical team with a smooth day-to-day schedule
- Taking payments and ensuring all admin is completed accurately
- Playing an important role in the start and end of every patient journey
- Contributing to the positive, friendly atmosphere of our close-knit team
What we're looking for:
- A warm, confident communicator who loves working with people
- Someone who is polished, professional and genuinely caring
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail
- Experience in a dental or medical reception role preferred (but not essential)
- Comfortable with digital systems and patient management software
