Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
- Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management
- Handle basic bookkeeping task
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Qualifications
- Previous office experience would be an advantage, with a background in administrative roles preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
