As a Receptionist, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our Warrington office, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and helping to keep operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team full-time at our Warrington office. This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm, where you’ll be the welcoming face of our business and a key part of our day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on and varied role that requires a proactive mindset, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine enjoyment in helping others. You’ll be expected to adapt and support additional tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide a warm, professional front-of-house service, including greeting visitors, managing calls, and coordinating meeting rooms.
Support hospitality and internal events, including ordering and serving food, and preparing event spaces.
Maintain clean, well-stocked communal areas and report any maintenance or safety issues.
Manage reception inbox, office supplies, petty cash, and deliveries.
Assist with administrative tasks such as database updates, booking travel or lunches, and supporting ad hoc office needs.
Help foster a positive workplace environment through proactive communication and organisation.

You’ll need to be well-organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently, from handling petty cash and ordering supplies to coordinating deliveries and maintaining shared spaces. Previous experience in reception, facilities, hospitality, or office support is preferred, and you should feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
