Bromborough Dental Practice is looking for a vibrant friendly Dental Receptionist to join our fantastic team.
We are an established Practice located in Bromborough. The patient experience and building rapport with our patients is of the utmost importance to us. A great opportunity exists for the right candidate with experience of running a dental reception.
As part of the dental team the receptionist role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the reception area and our patient journey, assisting in the organisation of clinician's diaries to ensure maximum efficiency, to adhere to the practice protocols at all times in line with company policies, goals and values. The successful candidate must be Professional, Confident and have an enthusiastic approach to working as part of a vibrant team. The qualities we would expect are:

* Must be reliable, punctual, with a friendly and professional manner
* To be able to develop professional relationships with patients and the team
* Ability to resolve day to day problems
* A good level of IT skills with a knowledge of Word/Excel programs
* Consistent learning and contribution to the development of the team and practice
* To use initiative and be pro - active
* An understanding of CQC requirements/ practice policies
* Carrying out requests from the Practice Principal as needed.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
* Greeting and welcoming patients/visitors
* Scheduling appointments
* Managing correspondence
* Diary management
* Responding to emails
* Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary and appropriate
* Patient recalls
* Answering emails & telephone calls
Role Requirements:
* Dental Reception Experience
*Qualified dental nurse applicants will also be considered to occasionally provide cover if needed
