Summary
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at The Murree Medical Centre. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within our practice and providing exceptional service to our patients. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, contributing significantly to their experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area efficiently.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries or directing them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for practitioners.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to ensure patient records are up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize office software and tools to support daily operations effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus.
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software.
