We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and mail
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide clerical support to various departments as needed
Requirements
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferable but full training shall be provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
