As we continue to grow, we're looking for a professional and organised Receptionist / Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have some bookkeeping experience to support our day-to-day financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Administrative Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct enquiries appropriately
- Handle incoming/outgoing post and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
- Assist in scheduling meetings, training sessions, and managing team calendars
- Provide general admin support: filing, data entry, ordering supplies, etc.
Bookkeeping Support
- Assist with processing invoices and managing accounts payable/receivable
- Input financial data into accounting software
- Support petty cash tracking and bank reconciliations
- Help with the preparation of basic financial reports
- Liaise with external accountants as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Some experience in bookkeeping or basic financial tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Familiarity with accounting software (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
