About The Role
In this rare opportunity to join our Hotel Crew in our 4 star, 20 bedroom boutique hotel, you will be working across the reception and housekeeping departments in a dual role with a combination of reception shifts and housekeeping shifts.
Housekeeping shifts include leading the cleaning team, having impeccable room check standards, logging and replenishing of guest rooms for turnover, managing the upkeep of communal areas - seeking every opportunity to maintain high standards and make the guest experience one of a kind.
About You
You’ll have an excellent standard of customer service skills, cleanliness standards, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
You'll be dedicated and flexible - this role within BrewDog will require a working pattern of different days throughout the week and weekends.
Previous experience working in a hotel operation is required, we are also happy to provide additional training for the right candidates.
