In this role, you will:
Deliver formal QI training sessions to staff across all levels and professions.
Provide one-on-one mentoring to staff undertaking QI projects, guiding them through each stage using proven methods and techniques.
Assist in the development of engaging training materials tailored to diverse learning needs.
Support the creation and implementation of project and improvement plans within the Directorate of Improvement and Transformation.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
A confident and adaptable communicator, comfortable engaging with a wide range of staff groups.
Passionate about quality improvement and capable of inspiring others to embrace change.
Experienced in delivering training and mentoring in a flexible, responsive manner.
Skilled in developing structured improvement plans and supporting their execution.
