The role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 or 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner. You will be based in in the picturesque village of Bardsey close to East Keswick and enjoy a 4 or 5 day working week. You will be caring for children aged six weeks to five years from 7.30am to 6pm all year round, using inspiring resources and our wonderful outdoor space.
Being based at Bardsey Primary School means we’re in a fantastic location for children from across the North East Leeds area. Just off the A58, we are within easy access from Wetherby and North East Leeds, including Harehills, Roundhay, Seacroft and Moortown.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare and early education to children in a nursery setting.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote child development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment.
- Maintain a safe and clean nursery space, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations and support leadership initiatives.
