Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and chemical treatments - Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends and techniques - Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes - Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments - Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment - Assist with store management duties as needed - Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Provide makeup application services as requested - Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance when needed - Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling payments - Deliver excellent customer service at all times Qualifications: - Valid cosmetology or barbering license - Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role - Proficient in a wide range of hair care techniques and styles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of store management principles is a plus - Experience in makeup application is preferred - Familiarity with eyelash extensions is a bonus - Ability to upsell products and services Join our team of talented stylists and help our clients look and feel their best.
