What We're Looking For: A relevant Childcare Qualification at Level 3 or above, and a genuine passion for early childhood education and experience working with babies and toddlers- birth to 3 years old.
Responsibilities:
- To work as an educator within one of our rooms with children ages 0-5.
- To contribute to the development of the nursery setting.
- To act as a key person to a group of children, building secure relationships with children and families.
- To be responsible and committed to protecting all children within your care, at all times.
- To maintain exceptional practice on a day-to-day basis, with a determination to always ensure high-quality teaching and education.
- To keep up to date with all legislation and changes to national policy.
- To support the nursery management team in creating an engaging and stimulating learning environment for the children to explore and learn, providing provocations around their interests using ‘Planning in the moment.’
- To deliver The WonderWorks Approach and curriculum.
- To complete required training, as set out in the induction programme or as set by the nursery management team.
- To be a flexible member of staff within the nursery day.
- To ensure statutory guidance and regulations are always followed.
- To uphold The WonderWorks Values of Community, Courage, and Care.

Please note we are open from 7am-7pm Monday- Friday, 50 weeks of the year.
