You will also benefit from an excellent basic salary of £32,000.00 per year this includes a sleep in allowance on a shift basis.
We are seeking applicants who are able to work sleep in shifts with experience in working with children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties. it is essential to hold a NVQ or Diploma level 3 or equivalent in working with children and young people or above. It is also essential to hold a full driving licence and have use of a car during shifts.
We are looking for candidates who have an enthusiasm, passion and are motivated to nurture and develop young people to achieve their goals. To have an understanding of young people with emotional behavioural difficult and have a non – judgemental attitude, Lead by example with a flexibility and an ability to adapt to a new working environment also very important, an ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with a range of professionals verbally and also in writing,
All candidates will be subject to references and need to pass background checks by the disclosure and barring services (DBS)

Our homes work on single or dual occupancy basis consisting normally of 2:1 staffing teams.
