Role Pupose
- To be the PwC Meeting Services Consultant within a team servicing PwC
- To maximise potential revenue and to maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Provide enhanced knowledge, guidance, and service to our valued customers as part of their requirements,
- Offering a dedicated service, efficiently and accurately responding to our customers’ requests.
Key Tasks
- Managing meetings requirements for our valued customers, always providing practical and expert
- advice.
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations via multiple contact channels.
- Match appropriate venues to our customers individual and unique requests
- Ensure the best value rates are offered and identified in line with specific customer needs and their relevant hotel programmes and expense policies.
- To be aware of team targets and overall team performance against targets and KPI’s.
- Be actively aware of commission rates, securing and negotiating these where applicable for the benefit ofthe customer.
- Attend customer and supplier engagement days.
- Be actively aware of customer preferred programme, general clauses, commission rates, inclusions and where non-preferred properties are utilised, securing and negotiating for the benefit of the customer.
- Attend 1 compulsory London knowledge trip to meet key PwC preferred suppliers with customer per year.
- To review invoices, reconcile, seek relevant approval and liaise with the finance team to ensure payments are made within 30-day period.
- To review and action rooming lists in accordance with agreed process and upload into Meetingspro to enable file generation of file for International SOS.
- To follow Customer Feedback process including investigations, resolutions, and reporting.
- To complete and submit any requirements for QBR’s in a timely manner, documenting any relevant insight or observations towards the narrative.
