Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Venue in Kings Heath.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality and culinary industries. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards throughout. The General Manager will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment while delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and train a diverse team, promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff members.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for resolution that meets guest expectations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that align with current trends in the hospitality industry.
