  • Contribute to the ongoing development of psychoeducation resources, PowerPoints, and materials, in line with clinical guidance, evidence-based practice, and lived experience insights.
  • Collaborate with the clinical, operations, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in service development projects, including improving outcome monitoring and integrating feedback into practice.
  • Work with safeguarding and clinical risk procedures in line with professional standards.
  • Engage in regular clinical meetings, supervision, and CPD activities to support ongoing development and service quality.

What we are looking for:

  • A Right to Work in the UK and a UK-based home working address.
  • Professional experience delivering group-based interventions, ideally in neurodevelopmental or mental health settings.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse client groups.
  • Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Knowledge and experience using Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience working remotely within a clinical or support setting.
  • Experience creating psychoeducation content and support materials.
  • Lived experience of neurodivergence (personally or within close relationships).
