The Role
We’re looking for a Protection Adviser to join our Southampton team and help clients secure the right life insurance, critical illness cover and income protection. All leads are warm referrals from our in-house mortgage team, so no cold calling, ever.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to offer real advice, build trust with clients, and grow their income along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contact clients after mortgage advice to explore protection needs
- Provide tailored advice across life cover, critical illness, and income protection
- Offer quotes and explain products in plain English
- Maintain FCA-compliant records and keep clients informed
- Build lasting relationships that go beyond one-off sales
- Stay up to date with product and market changes
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in protection, financial services, or client-focused sales
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Confidence explaining financial products in a simple, relatable way
- Self-motivated and well-organised
- CeMAP (or equivalent) helpful, but not essential
