Property Negotiator / Administrator – Nottingham (PBSA)
Location: Nottingham
Salary: Up to £12750 per annum
Contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 20 hours per week (5 out of 7 days, including occasional weekends)

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated Property Negotiator / Administrator to join our Chester team, working across two sites located opposite each other. Working closely with the Property Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our lettings operation — converting enquiries into bookings, supporting property management, and helping us achieve 100% occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert customer enquiries into confirmed room bookings.
- Deliver an exceptional student experience by providing outstanding service and resolving queries or complaints quickly.
- Achieve and exceed KPIs related to occupancy and bookings.
- Assist with property management, compliance checks, and day-to-day building operations.
- Support the maintenance team to ensure all health, safety, and compliance obligations are met.
- Keep up to date with trends in the student accommodation and lettings market.
- Chase rent arrears professionally and effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and operational goals.
About You
- Previous lettings experience is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confident multitasker, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, positive, and target-driven.
- Competent with IT systems and property management software.
- Full UK driving licence (occasional travel to other sites may be required).
