Internal Secondment Opportunity – Project Worker (Greenbank Villas, Isallt & ClwydAlyn)

We are offering an exciting secondment opportunity at Greenbank Villas, one of ClwydAlyn’s supported living projects supporting individuals aged 18+ who are facing challenges such as homelessness. This is a great chance to develop your skills and progress your career while making a real difference in people’s lives.
What’s the role?
You’ll provide tailored, person-centred support to residents, helping them build the skills, confidence, and independence needed to maintain their own homes. The role is varied and includes:
- Supporting residents with complex needs
- Helping people access services such as benefits, healthcare, training, or employment
- Promoting wellbeing, social inclusion, and personal development
- Creating a safe, supportive environment through safeguarding and health and safety practices
- Building relationships with residents, the team, and partner agencies
- Maintaining accurate records of support and progress
