Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for coordination and communication? We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Billingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting both our technicians and clients, ensuring smooth delivery across projects and contributing to the success of our operations.


What You’ll Be Doing:


As our Project Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact between technicians, clients, and internal teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Maintaining regular contact with our technicians to ensure they are supported and queries are resolved quickly.
  • Managing technician uniform orders and onboarding new team members.
  • Communicating with clients to handle project requirements and updates.
  • Keeping technician profiles and live vacancy records up to date.
  • Creating work assignments and coordinating recruitment follow-ups.
  • Submitting CVs to clients and chasing feedback.
  • Ensuring technician training is up to date, including booking courses, managing payments, and updating records.
  • Sending contracts and ensuring compliance with all onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Attending client meetings and handling any project-related issues or changes.
  • Collaborating closely with the travel team and other departments to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For:


Essential:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Full Driving License.
  • Basic Health and Safety awareness.

Desirable:


  • Previous experience in recruitment (advantageous, but full training provided).
  • Familiarity with coordinating teams and managing data.
