This includes setting clear deadlines, delegating tasks to project team members, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. You will ensure all project deliverables are completed on schedule and in alignment with agreed timelines, providing regular progress reports to project sponsors and key stakeholders. The role encompasses the delivery of both software and hardware product development, using tailored project management methodologies to suit the specific needs of each initiative. You will be confident using Microsoft Project (MSP) or equivalent planning tools, and fully conversant with the Microsoft Windows toolset. Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as Confluence and Jira is desirable. Previous experience delivering projects within Ministry of Defence (MoD) frameworks or other secure government environments is advantageous.

The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, high level organisational, problem-solving and communication skills. You will be capable of coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and aligning delivery with internal stakeholders, customer requirements, and DTC’s broader business objectives in the tactical communications domain.

This is an office-based position and will require the successful candidate to meet the criteria for UK Security Clearance.
