LOCATION: Office based – Hybrid – London and Kent, with the expectation of spending approximately 2/3 days per week at our Head Office in Hartley, Kent
SALARY: £28,000-35,000 depending on experience.
HOURS: Permanent, full time. Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. Experience in a similar role within the maintenance, construction, or facilities management sector would be highly beneficial.
This position involves working closely with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are well-organised, efficiently managed, and completed to a high standard. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring all activities align with ECMS’s values and operational goals.
Project Coordinator – Job Overview
Assist the Project Managers to develop the project plans
Assist with tender documentation and PPQ’s
Scheduling and managing Project Mangers' diaries and site visits
Creating and updating accurate project documentation and maintaining progress reports
Creating client quotes from information provided from Projects team
Prepare RAMS, site documentation and carry out project admin tasks
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
Providing administrative support to the wider team, including phones, emails.
Tracking progress of projects and ensuring deadlines are met
Develop and understanding of the services provided ECMS. Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and make recommendations for growth.
Project Coordinator – Skills & Attributes:
Strong administrative background
Solid experience in project coordination/administration within similar industry
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritise under pressure
Proactive approach with the flexibility to support multiple teams
Confident working both independently and collaboratively
