Job Title: Project Administrator

About the role
To provide administrative support to the Project Surveyors within the Programmed Management and Surveying Team. This includes carrying out a wide range of tasks to ensure customers are at the heart of everything that we do. The role will be cross functional and can involve regular reprioritisation of work and resources to meet targets.
You will be required to monitor and process emails in generic inboxes, liaise with customers to resolve queries and arrange appointments. Diary management is key as well as the ability to raise works orders to in-house and external contractors and act as facilitator to ensure appointments are arranged timely and all parties are aware.
Maintain and update the team`s complaints tracker and insurance claims and report to Surveying Manager.

About you
Ideally, a property maintenance or housing experience gained in a Housing Association or Local Authority with an understanding of the Policy, Procedures and Processes of all the areas we cover.
You will be required to be organized and methodical and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines with good time management.
A highly motivated and enthusiastic person who is self-motivated to achieve targets which will require you to be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Strong administrative and telephone experience in a customer service role involving direct contact/front line support role with the public including complaints and queries from dissatisfied customers, demonstrating ability to resolve problems.
Be able to demonstrate the ability to operate at a level of 5 GCSE`s (including English Language and Mathematics) at grade C+ or equivalent
